The MWI Pet - Version 2.2 release contains multiple new features to enhance both the client and practice experience.

New Features

• Registration - Previous Practice

The MWI PET registration process has been updated with an additional step to capture the Pet Parents' previous practice if they have one. These details are then added to the Client Notes field within Merlin.

• Registration - Automated Email to the Practice

The practice will now be emailed when a Pet Parent registers for MWI PET. The address defaults to the one set in Merlin, but you can override  it in MWI PET admin to an alternate email address if necessary.

• Appointments - Request Specific Vet/Practitioner

The practice now has the option to enable Pet Parents to select a specific Vet/Practitioner by name when scheduling an           appointment through MWI PET.

We have fixed

Bug: Fixed an issue where the new ‘Preferred Vet’ drop-down was not displayed correctly when trying to book an appointment as part of the registration flow.
