Practice clients can view information regarding upcoming and past appointments.

This page will detail the information shown to the practice client within their Appointments screen.

Note - all workflows below are demonstrated on a mobile view of MWI Pet. If the client is using a desktop browser to access, workflows may differ slightly but have the same functionality.

The Appointments screen will give the client basic information such as how many times they have visited the practice within the year, how many days it is until their next appointment, view any upcoming appointments and view past appointments.  They can also book an appointment by selecting the 'Book an appointment' button. 

The client can click on their upcoming appointment for more information:

They can add this to various calendars by selecting ‘Add to Calendar’:


They can select ‘Get Directions’ which will open Google Maps to assist in navigating to the practice address.

The client can also cancel their booking if the practice allows this.  For more information, please see MWI Pet > Admin Set Up > Admin Settings.  If the client cancels their appointment, they will be sent an email confirming this.
