Turnover by Treatment Category - Summary by Invoice Date | Shows turnover by Treatment Code Category between the dates specified. Date: Invoice Date.

Turnover by Treatment Category - Summary by Item Date | Shows turnover by Treatment Code Category between the dates specified. Date: Item Date.

Month End by Surgeon Summary | Shows turnover by Surgeon between the dates specified (detailed by Prof Fees, Drugs and other with Total). Date: Item Date.
